Estimated delivery time
The delivery time for your order by the "New mail" service is 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. The parcels arriving at the destination are in the warehouse of "New mail" for 5 working days, on the 6th day the parcel is returned back.
In case of a delay in delivery and the availability of a TTN number, please contact the "New mail" service.
